Shows a view of downtown Jacksonville and the St Johns River, distributors who came to the party at my condo and some of the food that was served. |
"Thanks again for letting Stacey and me stay in your condo. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our dinner together Friday night. We spent most of Saturday just mesmerized by your beautiful TV in the living room and just taking in all the sights from the phenomenal 25th floor perspective. Made it to BB’s for lunch and dessert on Saturday and Jacksonville Landing for dinner on Saturday evening. Then down to St. Augustine for the day on Sunday. Stacey and I are both really enjoy history and found the guided trolley tour very informative. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the wonderful hospitality from you and Nancy. Stacey and I were already talking that the next time we make it down there, we would like to try and get out to Amelia Island." Steve Lane, www.laneselfdefense.com
"Mike and Nancy - Thanks again for letting Marie and I stay in your condo. We had a fantastic time in Jacksonville and really enjoyed your company during our dinner together Saturday night at Mortons. What a way to spend our 26th anniversary! The Chart House Restaurant was amazing. Restaurants galore.
We took the opportunity to walk to the Jacksonville Landing and take in all the breathtaking views this area has to offer. We were also very fortunate to have the opportunity to take in the Arts Festival that had just opened.
We spent one day driving to Orlando and spending time with some family and were also able to make it to St. Augustine to visit the oldest city in the country. What a great time. And then, the condo – what can I say? What views from the 25th floor and there we were catching the NCAA final game on
your big screen – NICE! We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the
wonderful hospitality from you and Nancy. While at the Arts Festival, Marie and I picked up a 'little something', for you and Nancy, just to show our appreciation. We hope you like it. We cannot wait to make it back down to your condo. I think Marie is already thinking about making plans for our next visit".

In 2005 my wife Nancy and I invested in a pre-construction condo project. We got assignability which meant we could assign it to anyone before closing. That was our plan. As the condo neared completion, we would sell it and hopefully make a healthy profit.
However, when the condo was nearing completion in spring of 2008, the real estate market was in the toilet. We didn't want to sell in this market, so we thought about renting it. However, I fell in love with it.
Its on the 25th floor facing the beautiful St Johns River and downtown Jacksonville. I love heights and I love standing on the balcony looking out. I never knew there were dolphins in the river (Click Here for short video I made of the dolphins). We've seen them heading up and down the river. Beautiful!
After pleading and whining to Nancy, she agreed to let me keep it and not rent it.
We won't use it all the time. We really like our house and the condo is only 20 minutes from our house.
So, what to do with the condo the rest of the time?
Since we wouldn't have this condo without our distributors, I decided to share my million dollar condo with my distributors.
Jacksonville has a lot to offer. First of all beautiful beaches. St Augustine (oldest city in the US) is 45 minutes away. If you are a NFL fan, the Jacksonville Jaguars play right across the river. You can take the water taxi to the stadium.
There are a bunch of good restuarants in walking distance: Chart House is next door, Morton's Steak is across the street, Ruth's Chris is a couple of blocks away, The Wine Cellar and River City very close. You can find menus on the Internet.
If you would like a little vacation in Florida and would like to stay in my condo, let me know. Oh, did I mention that its FREE. Yep, no charge. The only thing I ask is $50 to reserve your stay and that will go to the cleaning crew when you leave (they charge $100 to clean the condo and I will pay the other half).
The condo is 2500 square feet and simply furnished, but its very nice. There is a 73 high definition rear projection TV in the living room and a 52 inch plasma TV on the wall in the Master bedroom. Its got all the high definition channels and movie channels cable offers.
It has three bedrooms. There are two master bed rooms with king size beds and huge bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
It has a big balcony wrapping around the north and west sides of the condo.
There is also secure wireless Internet connection in the condo. So, bring your laptop.
There is a big laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the 9th floor is the pool, spa, exercise room, steam room, sauna and you can even schedule a massage.
On the 38 floor is a lounge just for the tenants that you can go up to and relax. Incredible view.
My favorite thing is the private elevator access. The elevator opens right into the condo.
There is one restriction. Since I have so many distributors and it would be impossible to accomodate all my distributors, I need to have some sort of limitation on who qualifies to stay at my condo. So, this is what I came up with - you need to have bought at least $5000 in product from us and be an active distributor. I don't mean $5000 in a month, just $5000 total. It might have taken you a year to buy $5000 from us...that's OK.
This is a serious offer to you with no strings attached. If you want to come to Jacksonville, Florida and stay for free in my million dollar condo, figure out when you would like to come and pick your dates on the reservation calendar at www.safetytechnology.com/condo. Don't wait too long or the time you want may be taken by someone else.
Below are some photos of the condo. I took them quickly and some aren't very good. But,they should give you an idea of what the condo is like. Some recent guests said the photos don't do it justice. Hope you like it! |
