Love stories like this. We ALL need to take back our rights and our property. Take control and show the criminals that the time has come to stop them in their tracks. We need lots more neighborhood watches and to stand up for our rights.

What a great story! Just goes to show that you never know when an “ounce of protection” will be the factor in stopping a felon.

Gladys showed great bravery in going after the guy but she was able to render him helpless and ready for capture. She helped end a crime spree that undoubtedly would have continued for sometime!

And this because she recognized the need for the ability to defend herself. All should do the same.

I think we have become a passive society, and more people should stand up for themselves like Gladys Gehrig. We can all learn a lesson from Gladys.

Again, this is what drives me and motivates me to make a difference. I love that little old lady. My kids would say “She Rocks”. Notice how a self defense product was used and how a surveillance camera was also used to trace the bad guy to other crimes. That is why I got the total package. It all works together to lower crime.
