I'm not afraid of dogs, but this could have been a frieghtening event if I had been. I just kept walking while he followed me barking. I keep looking forward and walking. Finally after about mid way the block he turned around and went the other way. I say thank you God with a sigh of relief. Canine repellent would have came in handy!!!! On the other hand I have a CPL and can carry a handgun. I dont understand the logic but as long as I can carry a gun or Pepper Spray at least I have something. My kids carry Pepper Spray as well. I have since carried dog repellent with me whenever we're out in the woods, even after placing one of the dogs in a new loving home.
