I really agree with this post. Nobody has the right to hurt me and sometimes people don't think about this until something happens to them or someone they know. Knowing about these different products and telling others about them is important because everyone has the right to protect themselves and hopefully before something does happen.

Good morning Michael! This is David .

Please excuse our Website, it's under construction approaching "Launch day soon!"

Thank you for the nice article! Both, Lynne and I are christians. As parents to four wonderful children, 2xboys and 2xgirls, it's our duty to protect and ensure they have every opportunity to live a happy and productive life as the lord would want.

Like you, I'm retired from the United States Army in the intelligence business. I have been deployed around the world and I know first hand, that there are lawless individuals and/or groups out there who just thrieve on hurting and even killing innocent men, women and children.

It is my believe that we are not just obligated, but we have a duty to intervene to protect human life period. We should all look to the lord for guidance and faith. I'm sorry to say, that there are folks out here that will hurt you without blinking an eye. Everyone, has the right to protect their own families and property. But you have an obligation and a right to protect that of innocent third parties who can't defend themselfs!!!

Again, Thank you and God Bless! Your friends,

Clearly a profit 2000 years ago, given by they highest power, wanted all to favor a gentle spirit towards mankind. This is of course possible both then and now. None of us are perfect and by his word all are forgiven. We are forgiven because the value of life will be feircely protected by common man. These products do not take life, they keep it from being taken.

I would have a hard time understanding anyone who would take offense to the opinion you expressed, Mike. Yet I suppose there are those who take passiveness to the extreme. It is one thing to turn the other cheek to avoid a confrontational situation; and quite another to stand by and do nothing when imminent danger is upon you that threatens your safety and the safety of others. What mother would not defend her child, or what husband would not jump to the aid of his wife being attacked or molested? In my opinion, a non-lethal weapon like a stun gun, taser, or pepper spray is a logical choice for any person. Unlike a gun, a knife, or even a right-cross to the jaw, these self defense products do no bodily injury, yet temporarily disable an attacker allowing you time to get away and reach safety. Jesus looks to gather us among his flock, but his teachings say nothing that we must succumb to being sheep. Stay strong in your faith, but remember also that God helps those who help themselves.

According to Rabbi Daniel Lapin, a famous talk show host, we have the right to defend ourselves, our loved ones, and our property. One of the Ten Commandments should read, "Thou shall not murder," instead of "Thou shall not kill."

I made a few typos on the previous post so I am re-posting and placing a title with this one!

"They don't call it violent crime for nothing!"

Jesus was talking about his return in Matthew, but He often spoke in a way that people would be able to understand more easily! When he spoke of his return he spoke of it as being prepared! What did the people understand about being prepared? They understood that they should be prepared in case their home was broken into! Here is what Jesus said:

“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. (Matthew 24: 42-43)

I was a United States Marine! I used a weapon to defend my country! I am a Christian and I use a weapon in the defense of my family! The one I have now is on-lethal, yet a weapon! How do we protect our family? Well let’s see what Paul say about that! In Ephesians 5:25 Paul writes: Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and GAVE HIMSELF UP FOR HER! Christ took the punishment of sin and laid his life down for the church! So, whether in a marriage, relationship or just in a family setting we should follow the same example and be willing to lay our lives down to protect our family!

Who did Christ say was his family? He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” Pointing to his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”(Matthew 12:48-50). He later called his disciples his “friends.” What did Jesus say was the greatest love one could have for his friends?

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)! Protection of our friends and family is not a right, it is a duty!

Our Founding Fathers thought so as well! They were Christians, some were even ministers! They understood tyranny! They also understood, as in the famous words of Benjamin Franklin, that we all must hang together or we shall surely hang separately! They knew that words on paper would not complete the task that was set before them! They picked up weapons and defended themselves from tyranny!

We have the same tyranny facing us today with violent crime! We can choose to disobey our Christian teachings and the principles upon which our country was founded, or we can obey and remember what we have been taught and the principles passed down to us! Remember disobedience has its consequences, just as obedience has its reward! Yahweh says it this way in Deuteronomy 30:19 This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live! Which will you choose?

Jesus also said, Render to ceasar, what is ceasars and to God what is God's. Ceasar had an army that killed other armies which Jesus understood was protection for the country. He never told Ceasar it was wrong. The products that are sold in these catologs protect, they do not kill anyone.
