Customer Appreciation Note

Just a quick note about the Customer Appreciation Event which was a great success and hopefully a learning and fun experience for all who attended.

The picture is me (Michael Gravette) and Susan Turner who won the grand prize drawing which includes plane fare, staying at my Million Dollar Condo and a day with me working on  her business.  And as Dan Kennedy joked (at least I hope he was joking), second place would have been two days with me working on your business.

The Discovery Day for SafeFamilyLife was a big success also.  We all worked on improving the business model and making decisions which included who would process customers’ credit card orders, who would be responsible for handling state sales tax, should cash be accepted at the home parties, etc.

We had 18 people sign up to be the first SafeFamilyLife distributors.  They will be coming back to Jacksonville October 17th for training with Karen Phelps and me. Karen also gave a great presentation on how to do home parties during the Customer Appreciation Event.
